I've had problems for a long time with my hatch not popping open, but the dealer hadn't been able to fix it with adjustments. It got worse when I put the Data Systems spoiler on.

Somebody posted a TSB here not long ago about some new bump stops, so I got the dealer to order them for me and it has fixed the problem 100%. If you have any question about whether your hatch doesn't open, get the fix, it works

They are just a bit longer than the original ones I think, to make it pop more.

I was in and out of the dealership in less time than it took to take a phone call from work, and that included them trying to reset the tire pressure sensors (which they failed to do, so I have to go back for that again). Probably not much more than 5 minutes.
