So here’s how it starts:

1) my window starts making grease marks, so I take it to get it worked on.
2) they fixed the grease, but two weeks later it starts making a nasty crack/creak when reaching the top.
3) they replaced the regulator, but grease is back.
4) took it to get worked on again, everything's ok.
5) a month later my window wont work, supposedly they broke my window switch and have to replace it, but its on back order, so I have to wait -its been 3 weeks-.

Do you guys think I have some reason to be pissed, or has this happened to you guys as well? What should I do? Do I deserve some sort of compensation?

 

maybe u can ask for free oil changes or discount for your next service

 

but the question is how to do it...im not really the gerk type, normally i would just brush it off, BUT this is my car were talking about!

 

my car makes the same grease lines, i dont really feel like going up to the dealership cause they wont fix it (like all the other problems with my car) i just have to clean my windows a lot.

 

Since there is a TSB about it, I am not certain why they wouldn't fix it...
