So I usually change my oil and use a K&N HP-1008 filter, but I heard that the 1006 fits and is a bit bigger. So I ordered 3 of them online, and since they were out of stock, the place changed my order to:

Item: HP-1006 Superseded to HP-1010

Now I've never heard of anyone using a 1010 on a 350Z, but I can't imagine they would send me a more expensive yet different filter if it didn't fit the same vehicles as the filter it was replacing. But also I don't want to be in the middle of changing my oil next time and find out that the 1010 doesn't fit.

Can anyone confirm or deny the HP-1010 filter for the Z?
