Cerritos Nissan just managed to make me never want to buy another Nissan product again. After having my car serviced the cashier made me walk out and find my own car. Finally someone offered to get it for me and when they brought me the car the seat was all slouched back. It took me time to properly adjust my seat so that I could truely enjoy my Z. To add insult to injury those nuckleheads managed to scratch my car. How, I will never know, but they did. I was so mad. I ended up fixing the scratch myself with touch up paint. I would advise all to stay away!

Does anyone know of a good dealer in the OC/LA area to take my car to. I have to say the customer service at Cerritos recieves a "D" !

 

I bought my 350Z, had the first oil change, and had the tire feathering fixed at Connell Nissan in HB off Harbor Blvd. Next to Performance Nissan in Duarte (from what I've read and heard), these guys aren't bad.

 

I have had good service experiences at Performance Nissan @ Duarte. Also pretty good are Mossy Nissan Oceanside and Irvine Nissan by the Irvine Autocenter.

 

Thanks for the info. I will probably take my car to either Buena Park or Perfomance. Most likely performance, but they are so far.

 

I think Performance Nissan should used my statement in their advertisment but.. I live in San Diego and I drive up to LA to get my car service (where my folks live)

 

I really love my Z, and will not let 1 dealers lack of service ruin my total enjoyment of my vehicle.

I hear a lot of good things about performance, who is your mechanic there?

 

I don't have a particular mechanic @ Performance.
