Check the TSB and print it out , take copy to dealer the rear axle splines need to do removed , cleaned relubed and retorqued to spec, I had the same symptoms as NJ. As for the brakes they have always sqeeked on mine and it is embarrasing, but if it real loud you probably need brakes and don't wait too long because I heard some Zers out there have also have had to replace there rotors. I had my front brakes replaced at 10k miles warranteed did not have to pay because under 12k,I was like am I going to change the brakes every 10K miles. I presently have 17,500 miles and had to do the back brakes and of course had to pay $195 for rear brakes(I know could have done it myself but it HOT here in Cali. right now) luckly I did not need rotors. As for the rear tire I hope those bastards give you a new one or at least pro rate it. I feel for you I also have a big stack of service receipts I'd like to smack some Nissan Engineer in the head with.

You should get the tire serviced asap
could become a blow out-too exciting.
Nobody will repair a sidewall- practically impossible.
So, new tire is in your future.
Try the dealer, and at least get a prorate
good luck
