Default 3rd gear grind how can i get this fixed

first off i bought my car used from a nissan dealer with 13400 miles on it i now have 16600 miles on it and just recently started getting the 3rd gear grind after i shift into 3rd after 3500rpm. does nissan cover the transmission untill a certain amount of miles w/o purchasing a extended warranty? how would i go about having this problem fixed without having to come up with money out of my pocket?

thanks
paul

MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS BACK TO FACTOR SPEC. NO TEST PIPE OR HEADER

Mine is having the problem now too at 24000+ miles. I brought it to the dealer and went with my mom to scare them cause her accent and attitude get people moving and they had a tech drive the car with me.

He gets in and starts driving like a woman so I tell him to be realistic and shift faster. Once he starts shifting quickly the grinding ensues. As of now I need to go back to the dealer tomorrow because they said they're waiting for word from Nissan but that they'll probably change the 'unit' and by that Im assuming they mean the transmission.

Pulling is for 2, 4, 6 or reverse

Pushing is for 1, 3 and 5
