Default Getting New Tranny! Happy!

Well, it finally happened, it finally started grinding. luckily me dealer, which i otherwise wouldnt have recommended (Action Nissan in Nyack NY) drove the car, confirmed the noise, and ordered the transmission which came in today.

Not sure whether they ordered the new clutch pedal assembly as well but I hope not as I like my workout everyday.

Good to hear Action Nissan is doing this as I bought my Z from them. If this ever happens to me, they'll be on top of my list.

So I get the car back today with the New transmission and it feels good, no probs now thankfully and luckily they didnt mess with my clutch pedal so i still get my workout but im driving on my way home, everything is fine, low on gas but the light isnt on when all of the sudden the car just doesnt accelerate and all of the sudden turns off, on a hill.

this sucks a lot. so called action nissan, they called a tow company, and 30 minutes later the car is loaded up on its way back to Nissan.

34k. thats all i have to say.
