Mine was $950 installed, but that was with the $50 upgrade charge for the suede......I think it was definetly worth it. It feels nice, no sliding in the seat and the colors are spot on. 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty also.

here is my double layered job on my Z32....not for everyone but I loved it. Plus I had a lot in stereo equipment in the car I wanted to be as hidden as possible.

False floor in the rear with removable observation covers......not show are the Eclipse Decks (touchscreen CD and DSP)and changers and ADS components.
I should be shot in the head for leaving those McIntosh Amps in the car when I sold it....I'm currently working a deal to buy them back......we'll see.

I'm trying to track down the "smoked" lenses like the j-spec fairladyZ. I think they look better then the white ones. I would like to do orange LED's in the smoked lense.......we'll see if I can find them before my patients where's out.....

Wow, those seats look great. I've always wondered how body color-matched seats would look in the Silverstone.
I like your tint job, too. Did your tint have any trouble adhering to the matrix dots in the quarter and hatch windows (any bubbling, air pockets, etc?)

The seats are really badass. I love 2-tone interiors.
I'd love to see Daytona Blue with matching blue inserts.
BTW, is it genuine suede or is it Alcantara? That stuff is a bit more durable and doesn't spot as easily as suede.
Really nice though.

Doughboy,
Skidazzle had leather seats with matching blue inserts installed in his Daytona Blue. They look great. Check out his thread:

Thanks, I love the look but I'm curious what it would have looked like with burnt orange and black.
I'll post more pics once I install the illumination kits this weekend.....

Thanks for the 'chop, BobbyBoy. That color combo looks outstanding! I hadn't been planning on getting my seats upgraded to aftermarket leather, but after seeing the burnt orange/black combo in a Silverstone, I'm starting to consider it.

LOL
OK.....rouglhy depending on shops $90-$150
How dark you can go is different per state (should be easy to find online for your state if you do a search) In Tx, it's as dark as you want on the back but the side driver and passenger windows can't exceed 35% (or maybe 30%.....which by the way....the lower the percentage the darker the tint)
and yes it can be removed. A car which is already tinted will cost more to get retinted as more time and effort is involved in removing the old tint. It's a PITA and you may save yourself some money by removing yourself. Just bring some razorblades, goo gone, and elbow grease to the table.....
