Ive never seen a ATI set up...up close in person . Do you have a pic of the cog pulley set up ? How does it transfer from a serp pulley to cog pulley ?

I'm not feeling the black and white pictures though. They take away from the picture... and your nice shiney black paint loses its luster. Also, black is VERY hard to photograph, but it looks like you did a pretty good job. It might look better if you lower the iso sensativity, adjust the contrass a little, decrease the cyan, and maybe add a touch of blue.
