That's the Ings+1 LX Half kit (lip only). Looks like he just painted the mid-section black & custom installed some fog lights on his OEM bumper.

 

INGS+1 LX front lip, and a modified stock front bumper to include fog-lights.

I think that Strosek Z in the pic on here is probably one of, if not the most beautiful Z I have yet to see. Very clean, not gaudy and the design was obviously well thought out. The lines flow very well including the flare in the doors that tie into rear fender like exotics. Thats beautiful work! The person(s) who designed and put together this car definitely deserve some serious respect.

The Do-Luck rear is a nice compliment to the Nismo kit!
