Sorry I haven't been able to chime in guys. Busy day at work. Thanks for all the support and compliments.
Basically a camera is mounted to a rig I built, which is mounted to the car. Set the shutterspeed to anything over 1". Push the car a bit while the camera is exposing the shot and voila, motion shot. I have to photoshop my camera mount out of the picture in post editing. And it can be kind of a pain. I'm looking to build something a little bit more adjustable and easier to edit out of the picture.
