looking into getting the veilside version 1 complete kit. anyone have pics of it on a super black? also where did yall order the kit from? is it still on back order?

 

no, no one has v1 on sb, it was outlawed few years ago. but if you went to the right section of the forum and did a search for velside 1, im sure you could find some underground pictures of SB with V1 before the law was passed outlawing v1 kits on SB.

 

lol im sarching now. but all i see are just the lips. noone has the full kit on black. but anyways dont you have the lip? where did you order it?

probably cause with an ING's kit you, get a scrape scrape here with a scrape there, here scrape there scrape everywhere you scrape scrape, old mcdonald had an Ing's LX Z, E, I, E, I, O!

i was leaning this way until i read about the horrible scraping issues with this kit. I would be driving on pins and needles instead of enjoying my car with that kit. but damn its so hot.

 

thats the main reason. i wanna lower the car with the eibachs and i was afraid i would just ruin the kit after all the money i put installing. so veilside it the way to go if you wanna go low. im gonna mold the lip and maybe the rear as well. and hell maybe the sides..lol. itll look nice. plus i needed to save extra to paint my wheels black.

 

i have Ing side and after droping more than 1", no problem. Don't worry much.

 

plus the veilside seems to be easier to work with considerin its an add on piece bod kit. so NOONE HAS A PIC ON A BLACK???

 

i just got the veilside CF V1 Lip on my SB. looks sweet. haven't updated my pics on cardomain thats listed on my sig but give me a day.

 

car looks good dude. i love the varis duct. i think im gonna get me one. looks hot on the black car indeed. anyways about the lip, where did you get it from and did it costs and arm and 2 legs?

Just be careful. I have the CF V1 and am on Hotchkis springs, and have bashed the lip a couple of times.

Nothing feels worse than taking off the clear coat on a CF lip.
