Yeah, it can definitely out handle the Turbo. The Turbo is actually pretty heavy at 3400+ lbs too. I really wonder how well the GT3 RS would do against the Z06!

Interesting. But how exactly does it perform compared to the normal GT3?

Stiffer suspension, body bracing, and it's lighter.

This is the sickest color combo for a Porsche I have ever seen. For some reason 911's can pull off wierd colors and big wings and still look insanely good.

This orange on black is so nice, I wouldn't even want this thing getting dirty on the track!

I would like a silver one, black wheels. (custom) But this is another one that only the porsche can pull off.

But if it was between this and a F430 Challenge Stradale...I would definately take the Ferrari no question. I bet they are faster, they are way more race ready than the GT3RS. I would get a white one, red seat and black wheels.

Damn that looks nice. I like the white lines. Since the old 360 CS was able to out perform the 996 GT3 RS, I wonder how well the 430 version will compare to the 997.

Why is there such a large price difference if the features aren't that much different? The GT3 starts at 106k while the GT3 RS is MORE than even the Turbo at like 123k. Why is that? What is their justification? Is the RS really that much better?
The RS is based on the wider body of the AWD models (44 mm wider rear track).

BTW - about that Ferrari VS Porsche debate - here is what Jeremy Clarkson had to say http://youtube.com/watch?v=C9655uAiHD4 (997 TT review)

That was a good review of the Tubro. Well he's right about how the Tubro's performance numbers are similar to the Ferrari's if not better, but he makes a good point about the Ferrari having much more presence than the Tubro.

Yeah, but you forgot the part where it's like 100k cheaper.

18 years old and you have a 997?

Are you related to the twins or Viper Boy?
