Default New Z owner. 05 base. 20" wheels. 9k miles. pics

Ride is suprisingly like stock w/ larger wheels. Price was 21k. Traded in a 04 GTO. Nice ride, nothing wrong, I am just a chronic car buyer. Enjoying having a stick shift again.

It is so good to have you here. The car is nice. I like the wheels. They are so pretty.

May I borrow that ribbon picture? I find it amusing and would like to use it in some of my posts with your permission.

Of course brother. Let us use the pink ribbon to symbolize our caring and affection. Are we not one in the unity of mankind?

You sir, are too kind. I don't deserve to bask in the gloriousness of your humanity. Thank you.

not sure if this is normal or b/c of the aftermarket tires (fairly cheap falkens i think) but at highway speeds, the z sure does have a lot of road/wind noise....makes listening to the weak stereo a little tough....

GTO was much quieter, but it also weighs 600 pounds more and is more of a GT car based on a sedan

Also have a rattle from left rear wheel area, sounds like something metal on metal and is loose in suspension or something. Its at dealer now for 2nd time to have it removed.

Pros over GTO....much more response (braking, steering, tossable). I love the stick. Interior is not as bad as I feared and although slighltly harder plastics, i think the style is a lot racier than GTO inside and out.

Cons: Not as solid as GTO which was tank like. Worse stereo. Not as fast.
