resizing?

Default resizing?

yea i did a search, I'M GOING NUCKING FUTS. how the hell do i resize an image, i do it in photshot and i resize it in Right Click thing that i have but its still too big, i want to make a bigger sig then the one i have but i forgot how i did the last one. can someone walk me through this like I'm a 6 year old

The easiest way:
Open the image with Microsoft Paint (right click and hit edit)
Then go to "Image" -> "Stretch / Scew"

In the Horizontal and Verical boxes, make sure each value is the same. Usually you can start with 50% and if it is still too big, hit "Undo" or CTRL-Z and try again.

I usually just adjust it as needed until I get the size I need. For best quality you want to resize from the original size.

Adobe Photoshop:
Image, Image Resize, choose what size you want (ie 800 pixel width) click OK

Picasa is half decent (free software), also

microsoft has a windows resizing plug-in that lets you resize any pic by right clicking the file...you can download it at microsoft.com
