BTW, a car should be modded to increase the original intent of its design. A Z is not and never intended to be a "bouncy" car. You put hydraulics on it and you'll twist that chassis to shreds. Its your money but that car won't be around for awhile.

And if you don't believe me, think about why most low riders are old monte carlo's and the like. Its because they were built like tanks and can take the abuse to the chassis. Modern cars can't.

Do what you want, but please clean the rims and stop riding your brakes so hard.

What did you damage on your grille? Can't see from the photo you posted.

 

For one, I didn't want a huge car payment. Two, my mods don't cost much money especially when you install them yourself. Three, my mods enhance what the car was designed for. No it doesn't have the punch of a cobra, I know, I had a 97 cobra that I had to get rid of to finish college. But the six sure is cheap to own.

Making the car doesn't urk me as much as seeing people buy a nice car and treat it like dirt. By observation, people that let their wheels turn black from brake dust usually don't take care of their car. Her pic above speaks volumes to that and I wanted to express that. It is purely an opinion and observation.

Plus the hydraulics thing bothers me because I'm an engineer and hate it when people do things to cars that were never intended.

 

i feel ya. my sis drives a 2000 infiniti i30, and today i washed it for her. hadnt been washed in about 2 months..... she lives about 3 hrs away cuz she is in college and doesnt ever wash the car. the paint has permanent dirt marks on it and there is hard spots of mysterious sap or something of that kind that is impossible to wash off.

I washed it like to weeks ago, prob is we just bought that land in victorville and it's about a two hour drive from my house plus i had to drive through the mountains (that involves braking on downhills,duh) and went into loose dirt areas. Be nice it's my car and I do take care of it BTW. I wouldn't spend so much money buying a car I won't take care of. You shouldn't talk so much crap either, you never know what the other person is going through. Relax
