Default Some pics of my bugeye WRX

Hey guys,
I thought I'd share some pics of my 2002 WRX.

I took these pics on Saturday at the Midwest Annual Subaru Shootout: BTW we were rained out so no one got to run

For those that are interested the car made 341awhp on 93 octane. Best ET was a 12.5 @ 110mph with a 1.9 60ft (I was having boost issues coming off the line, but now I'm retuned and was not able to run this past Sat because of rain)

Anyways on to the pictures

Finally got some Brembos...

A little protection from flames...

There are a ton more parts on the way. I have 05 wrx taillights that need to be installed. I have a carbon fiber trunk lid on the way (going to paint the roof gloss black), a genuine Sti grill, hopefully I'll have enough for the LSD rear diff and rear Brembos.

Anyway enjoy and tell me what you guys think,
--Imran

I like everything except the flame protector....maybe a thick carbon fiber one would match better.

Thanks, the car made 341 awhp. The best I ran with boost issues was a 12.5 @ 110mph w/ a 1.9 60ft time. It's quick but I never found out the true potential of the setup. I did get the car retuned but never had a chance to run it again. The worst part is I am bored of the power setup I want more and I'm planning on a new setup for next year. Basically a Sti 2.5L shortblock with built internals and a GT35R .83 A/R turbo kit. I am hoping for very high 400 awhp on pump fuel (93 octane) and definitely mid 500 awhp on 100 octance. Then the car should be super fast.

Did you make the exhaust heat shield? Or is it being sold somewhere?

Although it's not totally for me, I dig how the WRX's look and yours is a good clean example of one.
