I am curious about the TDC coating on your intercooler...
As taurran mentioned like 100 pages ago, I am one of those who was under the impression that you could just paint an intercooler. I've heard numerous times that you can paint it with regular black paint with out compromising the cooling, I believe one of the car mags tested it out a while back.... ? ? ?

never seen that car mag. But paint does block most of the air going into the intercooler. It's basically common sense. I just used thermal coating anyways just in case.
