Happens on the West side coast too. Every time I washed the car when I lives in Ft Myers it rained..... Car looks good.

def put that underpanel back on if you can...helps alot with cooling and high speed stability

I know dude, the problem was, it fell off at the track, braking from 130 down to 20mph, the front end just nosed on the floor and that plastic flew away like a dove. I gotta buy a new one, it was torn to ****... lol

Yeah, it will happen in any city near the ocean, weather conditions tend to change drasticly when you are near the water.
