Default My Twin Turbo build nearing completion. Enjoy!

I've been waiting to post this thread for a LONG time now. As you can see, it's still a MAJOR work in progress, but i hope to get the motor in and started by this coming weekend. After spending all my car fund money getting everything i needed to put it back together, i sorta ran out of funds to get a real paint job. Sooo.. I painted it myself if you couldn't tell Everything you see here is my handy (or not so handy) work. Everything from the wheels, blacked out lights, motor work, fuel, body kit... Everything i did myself with the help of some buddies (who mostly just sat around and drank). Once the motor goes in, some drop zone springs will go in as well to get that monster truck look gone. Also, i couldn't pass up the deal on got on my hood and will be keeping it this way until i can find a carbon hood that i like or someone wants to trade for a stock black one. Again, it's not nearly complete, but after test fitting the bumpers and resting the hood on the car, i couldn't resist taking a few pictures. More to come. Hope you guys like them.

Test fitting everything. The hood is just resting on the car and the bumper isn't fully bolted.

My Erebuni kit that i tried to sell FOREVER. Since nobody wanted it, i decided to mold it to my bumper and use it myself. Didn't turn out to bad for a DIY job i'd say.

Mounted my used intercooler. It holds boost just fine, just doesn't look too pretty. The entire TT kit only cost me $3k shipped so... I can live with it.

My COMPLETELY blacked out 04 lights with the brights and the blinker on. I've been painting these and shipping them out for people on the boards for $50 plus shipping. Lots of people have been requesting night shots because they're curious of how well they project being 100% blacked. Here's your answer. They work just fine. I'm too lazy to post the pic of them shining on my garage door, but it appears just like stock to me.

My Tuner Pro-Bosch and in-cab boost controller temp mounted.

TurboXS UTEC... Can't wait to see this baby in action!!

The garage. After braking the bank, all i could afford was a 12 pack of zima's on sale for $6. Will never do that again..

A section of the CJM fuel return system. Should have taken a better pic with my walboro 255 in it.. oh well.

And finaly, a new addition to our family. His name is Mr. Thumbs. He's a "mitten paw" breed that has thumbs. My wife teaches 1st and 2nd grade, so that's where his name came from.

well really, you'd be needing 400,600,and 1000 grit industrial sand paper, a sander, undercoat, primer, wet sand, undercoat, bulldog, base, base, clear, clear, clear, 2000 grit wet sand, and a buffer with some 3M and it would be done!

I wish he lived near me, I would labor on there FREE, he'd just spend 300 on materials and 100 on BEER. lol

Holy **** that looks exactly like my kitten! And the other cat in the pics is her brother, I call him black kitty and the white one I call white kitty. No I'm not racist.

No, i want a MAF adapter. It connects to the stock MAF so my intercooler will connect. As of right now, i have no way of connecting my intercooler And before anyone says anything, YES, i tried calling Greddy. Many times.

As for the paint job. Yes, i know. I suck. I couldn't afford to pay anyone, so i attempted it myself. My car was in a major wreck a few months ago, so a few of the stock parts i bought from people on here were different colors. Again, i did the best i could. Sorry guys.

despite the way it appears at the moment, I have to give you major props for doing EVERYTHING yourself. A feat that not many enthusiasts (not professionals) can accomplish.
