Well, if you have a computer with bluetooth you can setup a connection to your razr and transfer files as easily as within windows.


EDIT: That's with the V3c, I don't know about any other razrs... sorry.

for razors u could get a bluetooth adapter(easily found online or at bestbuy) for ur computer then sync ur computer to ur fone and just transfer the file from ur computer to the phone. You can transfer songs (for ringtones) or pictures.
