Cool, photogrpahy just my hobby, I only have PNP that has pretty bad lense, and never have been taught.

with the portrait I am only using desk lamp and stuffs
I don't know how to ask about lighting, maybe see some of your examples if you want to pm me or you can post them. Then maybe I can ask you how you get some of the effects you get?

or maybe if easier I can show you some of my things and you can tell me how to improve

 

Well the first thing I can recommend doing is learn your camera's adjustments and capabilities. There is a lot of experimentation which is involved, especially shooting b&w with film. I use to use a lot of shadows and lights to contrast the two and bring out the shapes or outlines I wanted. You should deffinently read up on Photo Composition, as there are a few rules of thumb on taking pictures. Of course, you should always be creative as they always say, "Consulting the rules of composition before taking a photograph, is like consulting the laws of gravity before going for a walk."

He'll smoke you lol.. and I say that with 100% confidence because he is by far one of the fastest drivers and most talented drivers I know of. I'm lucky enough to run with some talented fast ****s, and he is one of them. If you don't believe me, just hope you never run into him, cause if you do, you're gonna get owned lol. That is all.
