Anyways, you guys have to understand why V8 owners look down on you ricers. When I pull up at a light and see a 20 somthing year old with his head cocked to the side blaring his fake mainstream rap music revving at me in his 14 second car that he hasnt even paid off yet I just laugh, not even worth my gas. I live in Florida where there is supposevly the fastest imports, and I have yet to lose to one. I have had a few close calls from a roll ( boosted k20 gutted civic hatch putting down 475, I would have cried myself to sleep if I lost to that ) but from a dig the torqueless imports just cant keep up. The only decently modded 350z I raced was a turbo'd one on 27 PSI, I didnt even spray and destroyed him from a roll and dig.

there are no street Turbo Z's over 20 PSI... and the ones that are close to it are 800 whp.. you should really stop the fantasy post and go do your home work.. get your own career so you can brag about a car you can actually afford.. because right now.. the kid working at burger king with the geo metro has more respect than you.

If you actually bothered to read up on this motor/car, you'd realize that no one outside of performance motorsports with their full drag cars has run over 20psi consistently on these cars, much less someone running that on the STREET. Running 17psi on a VQ35DE will put you in the area of 600whp with roughly equal torque. I imagine 27psi on a TT VQ35 would put down WELL OVER 1000whp if such a thing did exist, and the torque curve would be just as monstrous.

Hell, my own car even with a reserved 9psi on a STOCK MOTOR is putting down 20ft/lbs more tq than hp to the wheels. I will venture to say that it's almost too much torque for my suspension setup, as launching is a problem. It's also obvious you're too stupid to realize that he doesn't want to race from digs because of traction issues. It has nothing to do with turbo lag or lack of torque. I assure you we are in no need of more torque.

And, if you knew jack **** about anything you'd realize that comparing the torque delivery of a 3.5L V6 to a 2.0L 4 cyl is retardation. You do understand the difference in the two right? The V6 will absolutely destroy the 4 cyl motor when it comes to tq delivery in every shape and form by virtue of it's design. And, here you claim to be an engineering student...


Anyway, it's pretty clear you are just some dumb kid making immature and retarded comments, and really have no business posting on a car forum. Go find us a boosted Z running 27psi and come back when you do (that should give us a few years at least)

you should really talk when you have a car that can run a consistent low 10. Then you will have something over Z's. And as for IMports, your car would have to run a consistent 9 or less to say that your car is the **** for a street car. because it has been already proven with street supras running 9's and high 8s and driving on the street.
