I wouldn't say MRC is a dumbass, although I don't think Z1 was owned or w/e and I can understand what MRC was thinking; Why have a car featured on your website with another shop's name(Forged Performance) on it and not even on sticker of your own(Z1)? On my350z.com people may understand the relationship between the two shops but for someone who is not familiar with that relationship then it would cause confusion and/or doubt as to what was going on and if they should purchase from Z1.
BTW clean ride man.

thank you..My point exactly..it would be like me having an Altered sticker on a featured car on my web site.Just seems like not a good way to promote your own shop, but hey, Adam knows best, and he is a great guy.
As far as the negative comments, thats just the typical MRC bashers comming out of the wood work, seems like everytime I say something on this site, I get flamed for nothing...Getting old guys.

I guess you take yourself a bit too seriously....because I didn't think twice about featuring the car. If you look at our roster of cars we've featured, not a single one rocks a Z1 Banner...because I never ask anyone to, nor frankly do I care if they do or not. In my eyes, word on mouth does a lot more good than some sticker plastered on a windshield any day of the week

Come to think of it, the only cars that have Z1 banners are Z1's own in house cars

While I understand what MRC was trying to say, it was an awfully tact-less way to put it. One of those posts that you read and you think to yourself "my, that was a waste".

I guess to even it out, I'll have Sharif feature a car on his site with a Z1 Banner...that work for everyone ?

Congrats, Lee. Your persistence paid off.

Julian, that post you made wasn't thought out very well. You bring the negative comments on yourself. Lay off.

When you are the best at what you do (Forged and Z-1) does not matter what sticker is on the car your reputation is what keeps people coming back and new business coming in.

Sounds good..just make sure it is a joint Z1/Forged effort. Z1 has been this for over 10 years, so I figured there is going to be some overlap here.

Glad this was about a car. The title of the thread made me think another kid in Alabama was getting 25 years in the pen for a couple of joints.
