Is it totally necessary for you to keep the front plate?

Define necessary
With the test pipes and EvoTT exhaust my car is f'n loud and attracts attention from the cops...I would prefer not to pay fines for no front plate and possibly lose my license after subsequent offences
If I had a choice so to speak, I would not have put it on, but unfortunately I had to in order to avoid unnecessary fines
