I've been using tripod e.g http://ndriver_350z.tripod.com/350z.html,
to prevent pop-ups I normally remove the <head> and <html> tags from the html files.
A problem with tripod is that you cannot embed images in your message.
hope that was of some use.

A friend of mine just mentioned www.printroom.com, haven't tried it yet !!
