It won't be comprehensive, and it may not be cheap. The G35 kits with the good ballast are $185 alone. ( If anyone finds a cheaper source for CCFL rings of different varieties let me know.)
You may have to adapt it to your particular model years wiring or personal style. I will cover all the 05 base models out there though. I'm sure the rest of the model years can be figured out or has been already.
