I agree.

2 Years ago I took my 93 RX-7 TT to Crystal Cove. I was in shock by the reaction I got. I even had a guy in his 40s ask me if the car was brand new. I told him that it was a 93 and he told me it was a beauty.

 

I had the same thing with my 1991 Nissan 300ZX, people at drive-thrus and at the grocery store all thought it was new, but it was actually 9 years old at the time.

 

^I was in my brother's '90 300zx TT about 2 years ago taking a friend for a ride. He thought it was a '99.
