IMO if i were a potential buyer of anything from driveline his comment wouldnt put me off from you guys. just because the wrong color was sent doesnt mean you're 'bad'. had he said you were ignoring him....that would be different.
some buyers are divas & i feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with that.
It happens from time to time. We have really gone over and above for this customer, but some people really don't want to be helped. I guess just the feeling of being right can hold a small sense of empowerment.

no worries there dude it just goes into the oem tow hook and it is extended a good amount beyond a nismo v2 bumper (what nate used it on, what I will be using it on)
Well in terms of this order, the customer had received the wrong colored wheels from Enkei- the original shipper. Large company, simple mistake. We had explained to him via phone conversation that this would be an easy fix. We would have a call tag issued, have the wheels picked up, and have the right set sent over. Unfortunately we weren't able to reach the conclusion as to what we could offer, from Enkei, in the (less than) 24 hours given by Mr. Alex Ibarra. Given his frustration he requested a full cancellation of the order and a full refund was processed, regardless of the source of the mix-up.
Who knows, maybe buyers remorse. Either way, I'll be calling you soon for my order.
Entaille careful with that if you have an aftermarket bumper it may scratch it.

I'll be installing it the same as the Z in this video. And the cool thing is that you don't need to drill into your bumper to attach it, which I originally thought. All I need to do is cut out a little bit of the mesh grill to slide it in there. But the unit is held by that metal bumper reinforcement or whatever it's called.
