Just got a new Daiwa Steez reel in today. I have been waiting to get one of these for a while now. Like I said earlier in this thread one of my favorite hobbies is fishing and I have spent a ton on new equipment lately. Got a good deal on this one. They go for $500 anywhere you go and I got it new for $350. Been looking around ebay for a few weeks now and finally found someone who was willing to sell one for that price. The reel only weighs right under 7 ounces and is made of magnesium.
The rod I put it on only weighs 3 ounces. They are the lightest rod and reel you can buy right now. At full price the combo is $850. Got a decent deal on the rod also. Was originally $350 and talked them down to $300.
