IMO the 3GS feels better on your palm, if I didn't break my last iPhone I wouldn't of considered upgrading to the 32gb iPhone 4..

The 4 is significantly smaller and stubbier, I like the way it feels myself.

They're about the same the 4 is just a tad thinner.. That's cool it will fit you perfectly I always see females rocking it..
