The "Look what i got TODAY!" Thread! Post them up guys!
BIG THANKS TO DATSUN FREEWAY for getting this hard as hell to find japan market number plate holder for my rear bumper. Super duper fast shipping and Hiro really took care of me. When one vendor shouts out another you know it's legit!!!

I need this to attach a rear plate to my Zerosun rear bumper.

He even threw in a couple of gifts.... it really doesn't take much to make me happy.

On a factory US spec rear bumper there are two nuts housed within the bumper cover itself that are used for you to bolt your rear license plate to.
Look at the two holes at the top of the license plate opening in the back of the bumper to see what I am referring to.

In Japan the license plates are held in place by the bracket I just got in. If you purchase an aftermarket rear bumper from a Japanese tuning firm (C-West, Chargespeed, etc) then it will be made with the specs of a Japanese market vehicle in mind. If you live in the US you have no way to mount your plate.
Before the bracket...

After the bracket...

Those who haven't been able to find the bracket or have not cared/bothered to look for it have had to find other ways to mount their rear license plates. Here is what Robin (Buzzardmountain) had to do to his car (In all fairness to Robin his bumper wouldn't even work with this bracket).

One problem with the kit in case someone else goes this route (that should be addressed by C-West if they're gonna sell this kit to the public and not keep it just for Super Taikyu):
The new rear bumper where the license plate goes is "open". You can see from the pics through and the structure of the car. The license plate doesn't cover the hole as you can see from the pics........so what to do. Well after days of no response from C-West, my painter and I decide to hack up the OEM bumper and glass it in since it has the license plate mounts anyway.........

The repaired area's where we used my rear bumper as a donor:

the pics are fairly fast n dirty.. literally.. this car has been outside in the sun wind and dust for a few days, had the engine yanked out and little gas so the gaps are kinda scary suddenly, but i asure you, my cars pretty slammed.
I dig how they look glass black in the shade and then only pop when the sun hits em.

Centercaps are still off, and my Muteki lugs arent on yet either, but you get the picture. Bigger fish to dry at the moment.
Whast really crazy is my 305 25 20 pirellis are actually stretched to fit this wheels.. time for some 325/25/20s soon then.

id love to mold in a C west front end to show off this giant FMIC that as of right now will be quite hidden.

Yes two navs. I only use one at at time. It allows me to use the stereo as a stereo.
The dash is a mess because it has come apart 1000 times.
I have a new bezel. It will go in when I am sure I am done.
