After waiting for 6 weeks for them to be rebuilt, revalved, etc....my fronts are back. Wish they hadn't painted them yellow, but oh well....

 

Weird, they painted them without asking?

 

I thought koni were always yellow.

 

Mine aren't koni "yellows"....they were TC Kline DA Koni's (originally), which are white. I just didn't think they would bother painting them...usually truechoice set-ups are blue.

 

^at least the coils won't get dirty as hell. When I had the tckline, I hated how dirty they used to get lol

 

Mine were nasty when they came off, but they were leaking as well....

 

Picked this up to turn into a dedicated track car (she's a beater, but the price was right)...

 

I know it's not pretty... but I didn't think it was so ugly it'd break the thread!?

New parts for said beater. Q45 twin piston front calipers and rotors + s14 VLSD diff.



Yay previous owner + blowtorch... time to fix that.

 

When I had a 240 the previous owner did some questionable things too. But that's half the fun in making it your own.

 

Got my Works Bell Hub and NRG wheel this week. Finally got it put in. YAY for only one resistor Why even put 1 in when you need 2? Come on WB! I saw it coming and tested the wheel out going to Frys electronics, seriously the ONLY one they didnt have was the 2.2 1/2 watt one I wanted. Gf helped me but wasnt very patient trying to find alternative methods to fix it.


If anyone has one sittin around in SD I will buy it off you ASAP!

I got it done at my friendz shop, it's not the best but it's pretty cheap and the work's pretty good. pm me if you need his number

The ranch shift **** is nice because you can adjust the weight of it depending on the number of salads you eat.
