What's with the unichip

 

I fixed a guys mustang dyno computer and in return he had the unichip he gave me and free tune and unlimited dyno runs. The nismo shift **** birthday gift

Yea it does suck. We feel we are not getting the full story from the seller. I am not sure what the rental laws are. Its a govt lease for a military family. The owner states the elase is up mid june. We both knew this going into the deal.

The seller knows its on his end that the deal fell through. He is going to give all of our money back.

We are over it now. I am more pissed that I wont get the 3 car garage... I was looking forawrd to adding a Datsun to the collection.

Nice Wais, that didn't take long for the mod bug to kick in. Always thought a Fit would make a good daily. Can't go wrong with SSRs.

I just picked up my built motor from my builder a few days ago.

And I just got all the fittings and lines I need to build my new fuel setup today.

 

I just ordered the exact same setup! What wheel are you mating it to?

Nice! I was really torn between the red and black Rapfix II, I went with the black since I'm not totally sure how I want to do the interior yet.

For now it will be attached to a 350mm wood Nardi deep corn with black spokes. I should have pictures with everything installed Wednesday night.

Ha, I had the exact same problem choosing between red and black too. Then, once I settle on black, I couldn't decide between the regular black and the flat black Team Yoshioka limited one. In the end, I ordered the regular black one.

The Nardi will look awesome! I ordered the Vertex "Forever" wheel. Can't wait to see your pics!

 

^^^Well, scratch that! Right after I posted that I checked my email and was told by RHDJapan that my order is on backorder. So...I cancelled that one. Just called my buddy and ordered the Team Yoshioka QR and short hub. So I guess it won't be exactly the same as yours after all!

 

Haha that always happens, it's never fun waiting for backordered parts.

Can't wait to see how the Vertex wheel and Yoshioka QR look together, it should look pretty damn good.

I'm just hoping the wheel isn't way too close to me because it's a deep corn, but I guess i'll see on Wednesday, i'll keep you updated.

 

Hey, it worked...lol.

It's just a simple build. Originally, the motor had 60k miles, 15k of which were boosted. It started smoking and a compression check revealed that one cylinder was only making 40psi. So, I just had a basic build done. It's eagle rods, custom JE 9.5:1 .020 over pistons, rev-up oil pump, decked block/heads, and all new timing stuff. I'm using stock cams. And the car is going to be run on E85, using the ProEFI flex-fuel setup. I'm hoping to make 600 to the wheels once it is said and done.
