no i had the key programmed and cut, the only internal that need to be swapped is the transponder
If you swapped the OEM key transponder into your new key you don't need to program the new key. You only program the key when the switch key comes with its own transponder. If the dealer is telling you that and you paid for them to "program" your key you just got raped.

I went to the dealership with the new fob, they cut the key for free and then activated the remote for free. The only reason I swapped the transponder was so I could actually start the car.

thank you shes so smooth the cloth interior actually feels more comfy then the leather i just wish it had the subs like the touring does even tho the bose aint that great o well time for a aftermarket system
