Actually for most of the younger owners on this board it's their attitude or need for attention, like the one you had when you created this thread.

(Picture whoring is different as I am guilty of that, but you knew what you were doing when you made this thread.)

+1. Guys like elohite are much cooler members of the younger group because they don't show pics to show off. Only pics to educate others on their Z's progress. You clearly mentioned the whole "last day" of high school thing so people would know that you're in high school and have an expensive ride. And the fact that it's a sad day for you shows how important it is for you to have some possession that is better than everyone else's, and that you won't be getting to show off anymore now that you're leaving the school. It's a high school, they are teenagers, they can't buy their own cars yet. You are comparing your parents' possession vs. their parents' possessions which is completely inappropriate.

It's best to post pictures with no mention or hint to how old you are regardless of whether you're young or old.

 

Did you really believe it was his? His parents bought him the car or let him use it. No Highschool person could afford that car.

LOL give this kid a break guys. .He's in high school, just graduated.. knows really NOTHING about the real world.

Let me give some advice to the OP... in the real world.. do not judge others by the car they drive.

Cars can be financed for 3-5 years, cars can be leased, nice cars can be bought for very cheap.. either with salvaged titles or through auto auctions. My friend owns a used car dealership...and gets high end Mercedes SL, S class, BMW 745 even 760.. Porche Turbos etc at auto auctions for the price of a brand new Base model 350z.

Some people own nice cars, but rent their homes. While other people drive old beat up cars, but own 3 homes.

Please understand that a person's car can never be a true judge of a person self worth in society. Judge a persons worth by the way they treat and interact with family, friends and strangers, not from what they drive, wear or live in.

 

Maybe we were a bit harsh on him, but OP just so you know the GT3 thread you posted was a much better example of what to do. You didn't include any mention of your age, etc, and it was a fun picture. Do stuff like that more often.

Yea my dad bought my Z. And fills up the tank, and gives me money which i go around and spend on pot. oh, and munchies.
