Im a fan of the eyelids personally. I would keep them.

ditch the eyelids, -1 completely; it's a mod stuck in the '90s. get 06 headlights and call it a day with lighting mods

Well I am most likely going to keep them, but they are off the car for now due to some hood latching problems and me not having tools here.
