na, the US market never had nismo ones in any form. they first came out on that S-tune GT car and were always imported from the JDM after that. and the new logo kick plates dont exist (yet) i would get those if they did.

im torn on the decals on that car. obviously i would be a hipocrite if i said i didnt like them being i had them for 2 years. but to me i like the nismo Z without because it isnt an S-tune and you dont see nismo still putting them on. you still see them putting them on the V2's same with LMGT's i bet a nismo Z would look badass with LMGT's its just i think it looks better left alone. 
MC, is there such a thing as a Nismo V3 front bumper? I read somewhere that you have to provide Nismo with a VIN so they can check that you own a Nismo 350Z before giving you one. Any of this true? Any pictures?

the V3 is a term some people use to describe the aero kit on the NISMO 350z. as of now it CANNOT be purchased seperate from the car.

Once again, I have to agree with you MC.I love the NISMO Graphics (I have them on my R-tune Z), but I seriously don't think they "belong" on the factory NISMO Z; in the same way the special RAYS Wheels don't "belong" in an S-tune or R-tune Z.
IMHO, guys should not "mix" these parts. Each is an different breed, beautiful in its own right. Interchanging them just "cheapens" the overall result, but of course, in the end, each should do what ever makes you happy.
