New Z owner - some help required
Picked up the z earlier this week. It was a demo - dealer manager driven - with 7,500 km on it. Lemans Sunset with
the burnt orange leather interior. $3,500 Canadian taken off the sticker price due to it being a demo.
What a car!!
Anyway, this is my embarrassing inquiry for you owners out there. I'm trying to figure out what model it is.
std. 6 spd.
leather interior
18" rims
TCS
bose
display in the middle of the dash shows all the bells and whistles -
speedo, psi, etc., etc.
3M chip guard
basically the car has everything except nav., VDC and the upgraded brembo's
The reason I'm a little confused is that some of you have stated
that leather only comes with the Touring models. The Touring
models are only offered in auto up here. In Canada it
seems that Nissan has categorized the models a little differently.
There is no base model offered up here as well. My invoice for the vehicle sheds no light on the situation.
I'm going to repeat myself here again, but what a car! The price
it sells for just kills me too. Looking at it from the profile, it's
simply a work of art. Best looking vehicle on the road today outside of the exotics. Bravo to Nissan!

Canadian models are equiped differently than US models. You have a Canadian Performance model I suspect, which has leather. He is right, though, Tourings in Canada seem to be auto only. They only have three models, Performance, Touring, and Track.
Go to www.nissan.ca and compare that with www.nissandriven.com to see the differences.
