Everytime I see this car it just reminds me of Magnum P.I. I loved watching the opening credits and seeing him cruise by with the optical illusion of the wheels spinning backwards. Wish I could get my wheels to do that alllllllllllllllllllll the time.

haha, i think i've seen that same 512 on the 57 before too, off of imperial and brea mall. i was even following it on the onramp. very exotic looking n sounding.

I saw a Ferrarui F40 on the freeway today... DAMN I wish I had my camera to get a shot of that one!

The Testarossa has too much going on for my tastes.

 

My fav ferrari of all time is the 355 challenge stradale. I'd take it over a freakin enzo. People call me stupid yes I know, but the 355 sounds better than all the other ferraris.

512 TR is a testarossa.

I love the 512 TR too... Its one of my favorite Ferarris, along with the 512 BBi.

The 512 TR wasn't really in line with the Testarossa name, though. The original Testarossas were inline fours.

 

I know the 512 is technically a testarossa. When I went to the ferrari dealership they mentioned it was the newer and last edition of the testarossa and anyone who owned one wouldn't dare let you call it a testarossa as it apparently was some newer addition of the car with much more power.
