Is it in the August 2007 issue? or in the July 2007 issue? I was just at the store and they only had the August 2007 and I couldn't find any articles about it.

My chrome aluminum Nismo **** came with this rubber finisher.. not sure why your's didn't...Mine was bought like 3 years ago though maybe they stopped including them?
