No, it will not be a direct bolt-on. You will have to modify the diffuser like I had to on mine in order to use with the Amuse.

What did you have to do for it to fit?

As far as the exhaust goes I really like the sound. Real quiet until you get on it. Its hanging low because I have to still move the smog box which is preventing it to hang up higher like it should. Trying to use a lift next week to take care of that.

Here is a pic of the whole car for those that requested it, this is pre-Amuse since it needs to be washed right now.
