+1 the black and blue wheels are sick..i think the fact that the lips are brushed and not polished gives the effect that the wheels are dirty

The wheels themselves are nice, I especially like the design.
Props on being original with the brushed them on every part of the wheel, but sometimes thinking out of the box just isn't properly executed (case in point). Your lips would be a lot more aesthetically appealing if they were have the size in front and in back. Perhaps taking the wheels to a polisher might help give them some contrast. It's a shame to have so much lip and not have any bling lol!
BTW, super props on your license plate.
