A few shots...good examples of bad incandescent and good halogen/flourescent lighting...

Just let me take a few snaps of his Z tonight...Love the Hiros on his car and the stance is perfect...

Crap Incandescent Light, made it work alright(justins dirty bumper, FN rain)

Crap Incandescent Light, made it kinda work...

I liked this shot...for whatever reason

Decent Color, mix of incandescent and Flourescent

Great lighting(IMO) TOTALLY UNEDITED

Great Lighting(IMO) TOTALLY UNEDITED

I ussually take 500-1000 shots for any type of shoot, it was 2:15am when we started shooting so I got off about 35 shots total and those were the 5-6 I liked and thought were decent...the last two turned out great...next time I will know how the light is going to react...

First 4 shots are good examples of bad/**** lighting...its a HUGE contrast considering the settings were all adapted to the light I was shooting in as well as the AVAILABLE light...strange how detail gets distorted amoung other things when the lighting is mixed or of a poor color

if you are shooting at night or in a garage lighting don't you want to be shooting with a wider aperature i.e. f4.5 or larger. Last time i remember if your F stop goes up in numbers f8, f10, f11 the samll the aperature hole becomes, but if your f stop number goes lower your aperature widens.

I shot several F3.5-4.5 and as it would in a natural light situation it blured the non-focused portion of the image which is not what I was attempting to achieve...the higher F numbers allowed me to have an image that was in focus and un-blured as a whole while also preserving some of the background(which is what I was attempting to do). If I can find a few of the pictures with wider aperatures I will post them up in here...

This shot has the same ammount of light just a different type, this is a LOW F(wide aperature)sig for one of the members on a local board(not shot with my wide angle, this was shot with my 55-200 VR telephoto)

LOL my car is a blast? How about your car in first and second in the rain. Let alone it's a bullseye target for other cars. Thanks for the comments guys. Oh and Nick has skillz.
