looks good, since the unpainted reflectors take away from the LOOK of the other painted 03-05 headlights i've seen on this forum.

my headlights actually do light up the road but i would say my lowbeams are cut in half.

my highbeams just hit the *****. lol. they dont do nothing. but i can still see and you know what, it was all worth it.

 

yeah im curious to how ur low beams look... Wish i had 07' headlights

 

Uh.....the 03's look weird painted. Why not upgrade to an 06 lights and paint them?

 

+1 on looking weird, i mean yeah good job on you doing it but that was a risky dyi job.. i did mine the same way... but i have the 06-07 lights.

 

ya i just dont feel like spending a Grand for another set of headlights. Ill put that grand towards a motor build.

 

....or towards your insurance deductable, whichever comes first.

i did the same with my 03 HID lights... light output wasn't too bad after painting them, not enough to "run off the road (what an *** )".. But i agree with you, spending 1K on a set of 06+ lights is just not worth it IMO. I had plenty of other things i would have preferred to spend my money on MOD wise..

 

i dont want the clear reflectors in there. now those look gay. I like somethings to remain stock. thank for the opinion though.
