those S-drives are sortof expensive. and don't look that good IMO.

I would price out some different options. and unless you are lowering your car alot (don't know if you already are) the tires are going to be stretched and low profile... just a FYI... and since the front 8.5 will not be very flush it will be even more noticeable.

for much cheaper, you can go up a tire class and get one that performs in the upper tier: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/...irePageLocQty=

the RT615s are in teh same price range as well.

if you have email, I can send you an excel sheet with some ideas on it that I used when deciding.

Looks awesome Jay !

Good choice on tire size too...with the roads the way they are where you live (I've been there!), the 40 series tire was your best choice. Plus, the Sumitomo's are a very comfy tire for everyday (I had a set on a set of 5Zigen's my car had a few years ago). The RT615 would have been good too, but they don't do the right front/rear tire combo (I know, I had them too on my CR Kai a couple years ago). With the Tanabe springs, and the tire size, the drop looks nice and even...not overly low, just clean and mean, with more than enough travel for your local roads, driveways, etc.

Congrats and enjoy em!

Looking good! Drop and you'll be set.... I also would consider 35 series tires when these wear out.Not that there is anything wrong with them, but I don't think going from 40 to 35 is THAT big of a deal since our roads here in Chicago are much worse and ppl manage just fine.

Thanks thanks.
i'm already dropped with Tanabe GF
i think 40profile look perfect with way i dropped.
if i was more lower than now i probably have to get 35 to look perfect.
