Actually there is not a whole lot of PS involved... some levels adjustments, saturation and a bit of sharpening and resizing. Each edit took me a couple minutes at worst
But I had 200+ shots to choose from, some were bound to come out fine
And I even washed the car for this!

As for slamming/lowering no can do... my car is already having a pretty bad time as is

... so it is not rare that people get away from tickets for a 'fee'. As a personal policy, I do not endorse corruption so I never bribe, so if I have a ticket coming, I just accept it and I am done with it.
