GQ 350z | Goodbye: The Final Photoshoot |
WOW!!!!! Great pics! Now that's how you go out! I know how it is, as I was in the EXACT same predicament as you a month ago.
Still on the fence about an NSX?
Its definitely worth. Sure, not the fastest car in the world, but enough to make most happy.

Thanks for the kind words Ravi & I'm real happy you were satisfied with the pics. I was real worried about the lighting because the time of the day but I tried my best to filter it & also take lots of pics. We just have to make sure I get you the exact directions next time! Playing cat and mouse around Oakland China Town is not what I call fun especially with all the bad roads/drivers. LOL!
Glad everyone likes the pics. I'm constantly trying to learn and refine my techniques so all the positive comments is very encouraging. It's really easy to make Ravi's Z look good though. His Z is very photogenic

I was gonna say, why not just keep it? I don't know how much you can get for it. I don't think the money will replace it's sentimental value. I too am looking to "upgrade" sometime soon, but I think my Z will always be in the garage. The renumeration you get from selling is really peanuts to all the hard work and money they went into the car over the years.
Dude, those old asian folks in China town...well everyone there drives crazy! Man how hard can it be to see a bright blue car? LOL! 2th Pwr, I've certainly considered your exact logic (particularly when I first considered the sale)...and to be honest I just don't have the space for two modified cars at this point in my life.
She will be missed but I gotta let her go. I just dont feel the way I used to in the beginning.... Lol its starting to sound like its my GF or something hahaha...

so dude, what are you getting? Are you re-thinking an NSX? Seriously, it may not appear to have enough power on "paper." But it is still a fun ride.. The power is linear, the car is so lightweight and nimble, I don't have any regrets of selling my boosted Z. If you don't want an NSX, get a elise, 911 turbo, Z06, or GTR. Also keep in mind the NSX is starting to really become a collector's item, so if you want to play around with one for a few years, you can sell it without having to worry about losing money.
lol noodle! Me and her MUST break up!!!
Synth,
The GTR is not even an option to me. Its disgusting looking. P-Car is an option for sure, but I want to do something "different." My area has quite a few modded ones. The NSX is still a contender imho--I've seen the market prices and some people are crazy asking what they are for 04-05 model years...WAY overvalued--these low mile end year cars are usually lease returns. Acura couldnt even give those cars away for their $799 lease special back then...I hope that I can find one 02+ in the high 50's...that would be fair for what it is if it had low miles. They are rare but I've seen them go for that.
I still love it for what it is. If I get the NSX it will be a dream come true, but I think being "seen in it" and looking at in the garage will fade for me personally...and then the power will quickly leave much to be desired. That's why I'm ruling it out. It's a great car but I need more from my "initial purchase" (in the sense that it won't need 20-30k in motor mods). If I got the NSX it would be hypocritical b/c I would just Stroke/TT the Z and keep it. Please note I've been on prime for 5 years or so now, and know a considerable amount about that platform. Still a fan lol..you never know I might still get it
May the test drives commence!! BTW I LOVE LOVE LOVE your imola. Look up pics from "USA1" on prime...man that color is so stupid sick in person.
Holla!
