At least he doesn't have to worry about it getting towed. Someone should contact the guy and get an explanation.....because that is pitiful.

They have some "rent to own" type places here, kind of like the ones for furniture or TVs. You probably end up paying 5 times what its worth by time you are done with it.

I was at QS&L when it happened but didn't witness the action. I was leaving with a couple other friends and the car just sitting on blocks and nobody else was around. I immediately went back inside, to try and find the owner (I don't know him, but I saw him in it earlier in the evening and could recognize him) or get the rest of the G/Z people but by then a group had already formed and they were saying that the owner knew and that a shop had come to repo them, they weren't stolen in the traditional sense. Either way it was just sad looking and the car was still there earlier today.

OMG and just when you think you've seen everything.

I think this is the first time I would ever recommend to someone:

"Dude, shoulda just bought some Rotas" lmao what a epic fail

Thats my IP G in the background.

I pulled up at the same time as you. I was the CS Z parked in front of you and my buddy was on a bike.

Dude......your G was sick.....easily one of the nicest imports there. Drive with Pride, bro.

I have really mixed feelings over this. On the one hand, I am sorry this fellow Z guy had to endure that kind of humiliation in front of his peers. It would tear me up inside if that was me.

On the other hand, someone who's financial priorities are that misaligned deserves what they get. Those RNR guys do not play and are NOT to be trifled with.

Back in the late 80's I worked as an assistant manager at a REMCO rent to own store. I cant tell you how many times I went into peoples houses while they were watching Saturday morning cartoons and unhooked their TV and put it in my van. Just sad, but I had to do it!

Yeah, his luck has been pretty bad lately. Got laid off, new baby on the way, etc. I really feel bad for him.

He is supposed to be coming by my place to pick up some extra enthusiasts wheels i have in the garage.

I totally agree that his miss fortune right now sucks but jeeeezzzzz. He has a baby on the way and he is renting rims that he can't afford.

I mean come on.......I'm sure he is a nice guy but you got to get your sh+t together.

I posted an availble job on our local site a few months back and if he needs a job then have him send his resume to me because the position is still available and I will try to help out a fellow Z guy.

He will also get flamed by me too because that is ridiculuos. I hope is luck turns around.

Its my experience that we make our own luck. I know for a fact that the harder I work, the luckier I get.

I hope this guy takes you up on your very generous offer. That is the kind of spirit that truly exemplifies how to look out for a bro.

I don't even know the guy so I wouldn't consider him a bro, but I will look out for a fellow club member eventhough he made a fool of himself and the club last night. I'll lend a helping hand.....

I can't just give him the job but I can give him the opportunity to qualify and interview for the job.

Btw.......Wake up sunshine it's morning.........

At least they put the cinder blocks on the control arms rather then the rotors itself, or on the floor.
