I do respect your opinion, but. Look here in the picture and look very CLOSE to the bumper lines, regardless on how the air scoop (that's how you called it) is done it will look crook it.

Like everyone else said the duct looks crooked. I know that it can't be put on any differently because of the lines of the bumper. My opinion is that is should not be on the car at all. Anyhow the rest of the car looks nice! Do you have any pictures of the seats they look pretty nice.
